This is a fund raising campagne for the school.  For $688, you can buy Stags Leap (the region, not the brand) wines.  Those who made such high quality wine won't let you do private label.  Only those at the lower end (HK$100 or less) will.

In fact, having a private label is quite easy as it is just printing some labels.
