near half yr in audit firm, salary 8k, 7 days, study leave 2 days each.
should i resign and start to search other job?

no OT, no deadline, boss never blame on you !!

But it seems no prospecus, the pay is relatively low.

It seems that the labor turnover is so high as no prospectus and no chance to get promotion under the structure.

no subsidy for the prof. exam.

Also, i'm not sure will my salary be doubled in such small firm.
