LCCT to KLIA

Brother and Sister

My flight ( Aiir Asia ) arrive LCCT at 1245 hours, then i will take ( Jet Star ) at KLIA at 1515 hours
Do I have enough time from LCCT to KLIA ?

How to check out and Check In faster ?
