i always book tix from Airasia and no problem at all .
u can change Riggit in LCCT,(but i mostly change in town that has a better rate)
LCCT also got bus direct to Puduraya.just may not as frequent as to Sentral.
in KL I like to stay in Radius International Hotel, around HKD300+ a night include breakfast.very good location near Jalan Alor and Bukit Bintang.u can make the booking directly from their website.

用人地信用咭book房應該冇問題的.只要住客名字填上你自己個名,check in時俾passport佢對番.如果有confirmation email最好print埋帶去.(果度D人做野好lousy)如有任何問題即管send email俾佢地,一般好快會回覆你.
check in時會要你留deposit,check out時退還.如果你有信用咭最好,唔洗俾cash,冇需要時唔會過數.
puduraya D車票你可以的話最好預早買定.同埋買飛時問清楚D,佢地有時好tricky同好求其架.同埋在puduraya治安幾差,要格外小心財物.(其實我未入過去,只是經過無數次.及聽過當地朋友的遭遇.)

同埋你可以查吓當地domestic flight其實可以好平,末必一定要坐巴士.
