比部macbook玩謝.....後編

早排係度開左個貼話部上代白色mb一年未夠壞左三次keyboard & trackpad。有位ching話可以換部新機

係半信半疑之下打去apple問下,解釋一輪後,位小姐都話唔到事,淨係話無呢個policy   

正想cup線之際,佢話駁我比佢其他同事。等左15分鐘後,有位自稱customer relationship manager既小姐接手。

佢都話公司無呢個policy亦解釋產品都不一定不會壞,咁我都明,我只係想整返好,順便插下case如何西同表達不滿(其實要多謝case,睇埋就知)。

咁位小姐就話我呢個case好少見,亦都好同情。為左唔想我對apple失去信心,佢決定幫我換機......  

佢check返我部機係2.4 c2d小白($10200果款),話停產左,問我轉鋁殼版好無,同埋要比我c2d 2.4我,即係最貴果款   。咁我當然話好啦,不過要我係case攞返部機同要攞份report certify部機

經過一星期等收返部機同一個星期等送貨,部新機今日收到囉

I just believe one ching here and ask apple cs, really silly. But luckily I can replace the MB
