D意粉個白汁係點整嫁?

The basic ingredients for 白汁 isn't too complicated:  Butter (unsalted or sweet prefer), heavy cream, cheese, garlic, white pepper powder...which are all pretty "heavy" in fat....but if you don't really mind, what you need to do is (portion for 2):

1)  melt 1/2 cup of butter with medium low heat (don't burn the butter)

2)  once all butter melted and turn clear, add 2 cups of heavy cream (room temp), white pepper (a little), garlic (minced, several pieces)

3)  stir constantly, try best not to let cream stick on pot

4)  when it starts to boil, add 1 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese (grated, fresh would be good) and stir constantly (until sauce is thicken) - for different flavor, you can also use 3/4 parmesan and 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese (also grated fresh would be good)

5) taste to see if its salty enough.  serve.
