When study and overseas qualification in Master or PhD, if the administator of that university told you the followinng statement, what do you feel and what do you think for the Master or PhD degree that you have onhand?
"About your question, well, there is a law in <what even country's law> that says that
international education doesn't is not controled by the Ministry of
Education or CONESUP, they only control local education, we can do
that and the law permits us to have international education and it is
controled by international rules not local rules, localy we can teach
other programs, not doctoral, but internationally is different."
Please let me know, what is/are your interpretation on the above statement?
