Redirect email to different address through Exchange 2003

Hi All,

I have a situation where I need to redirect an email to a different address when it arrives from an external sender(outside the domain). I need these messages redirected not forwarded. Any ideas of how to accomplish this using exchange? I don't want to do this through outlook.
