買咗就唔好諗咁多，向前望，心理咁多負擔仲乜？鬧吓交平常事，妥協就冇嘢，兩個人相處要學習遷就與妥協，相見好同住難，學唔到點一齊？

easy  

every time first time to make/do something is nervous  

just treat the month instalment as rent
(and half of it is capital saved  )

after a few years, it doesn;t matter u whenever it up/drop a lot

save the money for decoration
(just paint yourself is ok, or employ some freelance to do, just $1000)

and buy some new but cheap furniture from direct, pricerXXX

and let your GF choose
