i heard from yesterday's radio that 兩高層's penalties are freezed wages and position. that's not really a punishment...

咁你覺得應點罰佢地至啱呢?
(唔好又話炒左佢就算呀,無用架,只會提高失業率架咋,甚至整多兩條友攞宗援又係叫政府用納稅人d錢養佢地架咋,拉左都係食皇家飯,都係納稅人埋單俾飯錢架 )

咁叫處罰呀, 沒得加 人工1年, 哈哈 咁都得, 得個講字. 現在個個打工仔都無得加人工啦. 仲要裁員  高層即係高層, 玩埋D無聊手法, 以為可頂得吓出面市民同死者家人.  不如醫局高層,政府高官, 大家吾好出聲. 過得一年半蛓, 吾覺吾覺算數好過. 好過現在比人做笑話.

how come people seem to find personal satisfaction only if they see heavier punishment is imposed to others?  

seeing other people get punished heavier, does it make u feel high?
