請問我既磅數會唔會太高?
如果要夏天前減磅係唔係要每日做帶氧運動同注意飲食?

暫時覺得對腳好粗同埋有條33寸既腰
有無咩野SUGGESTION PLAN可以跟住做?

I am 25 yrs old 17xcm around 150lbs as well, size 30 jeans.

Yes you can do cardio and cut to about 140, then bulk up slowly with careful diet and resistance training for chest, shoulders, & back to create V-shape, that will make your waist appear relatively slimmer as well.
