SD100 or SD9

Considering to buy a HD DV (without hardisk), just wonder picture quality of 3CCDs is better than 3MOS.  Any users can offer some comments?

SD 100 Fortress is now selling at 6390 with 1 extra panasonic battery, 12G card, HDMI, bag.  Sounds attractive compared with SD-9 5290 with no extra.
