price for replacing CD player, pls help

Hi guys, i just bought a TT recently and will need to replace my Alpine CD player, 6"sub and 2 speakers from my old car to my TT.

Can any C-Hing advise what usually the audio shop charge for the following?

1) labour cost for uninstall my cd player, sub and speakers from my old car and replaced with the stock CD player & speaker
2) labour for taking off the Audi stock audio system and replace with my alpine CD player, sub and speakers
3) the left & right plastic fillers to fit the alpine CD player nicely on the TT.

As I don't know any car audio shop, i'll most likely going to MK for these installation. Just making sure I am paying what I suppose to pay. Pls pm me if anyone know a good but cheap car audio shop. Thanks
