joint supplement

Hi guys! My peke is now 5 years old. I guess it' time for her to take in some joint supplements. However, I know nothing about the supplement stuff. Do you have any suggestions? cuz I dun wanna just walk into the pet shop and buy one randomly. Umm..... Can the Sea Pet Fish Oil strengthen my peke's joints? Please do give me some advice! Thanks a lot =]
