take West Rail from 天水圍 to Nam cheong, then transit to Tung Chung line to Hong Kong station, further transit on Island line from Central station to 北角
天水圍→ 南昌→ 香港→ 北角, ~ 55 min on train, cost $22.7 by Octopus
