我個friend早前有單民事訴訟(佢係答辯人), 佢同申索人和解咗, 點知最近又收到傳票, 但係傳票冇例出申索人申索d咩, 淨係寫幾時幾日上庭, 咁佢可唔可以要求取消聆訊或者佢有咩權利?

How can 民事訴訟傳票 contains 控罪?  控罪 is criminal, not civil.

Have you seen the summons yourself?

A summons is required to list out the order the applicant is seeking.  If the applicant is represented by lawyer, this will surely be done.

are you talking about "summons 傳票" or "writ of summons 傳訊令狀"?  申索書 only attach to "writ of summons" but not "summons".

It is a Notice of Hearing, i.e. a notice from court informing your friend that a hearing has been scheduled.
If your friend has not been served with other paper, he should call the court to check what the hearing is about.
