ING Wealth Training Program for FINAL YEAR UNIVERSITY STUDENTS
各位同學：
你好，ING(安泰人壽)正在籌備一個免費的Wealth Planner Training Program，對象為將於二零零九年畢業之大學生。
ING集團是全球首家提供綜合性金融服務的機構，業務主要為銀行、保險及資產管理業。相信Wealth Planner Training Program能為同學將來就業鋪路。

時間：September to April (divided into 3 phases)

詳情：
Phase 1 (Sept – Oct 2008):
Day 1: Concepts of Total Financial Planning & Market Overview
Day 2: Strengths of ING group
Day 3: Licensing Exam preparation
Day 4: Licensing Exam preparation
Day 5: Introduction to Risk Management & Insurance
Day 6: Introduction to Wealth Accumulation & Investments
Day 7: Asset Management, banking Services & high-networks market
Day 8: Why Financial Planner is the Number One career in the market?
Phase 2 (Nov 2008 – Feb 2009):
1. Join ING training program ONCE every month – Knowledge
2. Join agency training ONCE every month – PROSPECTING & skills.
3. Meet our Manager ONCE every month – Motivation & Attitudes.
Phase 3 (Mar – Apr 2009):
1. Selection of RIGHT candidates with ING strong supports & offers.
2. Confirm offer in April 2009 & start contract in early June 2009.
這個Program會提供以下offer, 而且費用全免 :
i)
IIQE paper 1,3,5 training materials & exam.
ii) Certificate for completion of course (attendance should be over 90%)
iii) Follow up training supports after completion of the one-month program.
iv) Special designated package for joining graduate program.
v) Registration with HKFI & ING.
註：全個課程均於晚上舉行，每月約三個晚上，完成課程後，有機會於來年四月直接受聘於ING。
