剛睇過昇悅居感覺唔錯，但返黎上網睇到佢個forum有好多住客投訴佢間管理公司"信德"好唔掂...
話佢地管理"會所"同"內園"有好多問題...

另外我想知會所d費用係咪好貴？有冇個費用表睇下？
好似打保零要$150 per hour？唔係掛...

i live in liberte, so far , ok lor,

i lived in banyan garden before, the utilization % is better, of course in liberte.

to be honest, 信德 manaagment is ok, at least better than Kong Kai managed by CK na..

For club facitlites, it is quite expensive, btw.

will hv a MTR exit in liberte mall end of the year ~  around 3500-4500 to buy a kln estate, with MTR, it's quite goood...  although u may not like the crowded enviroment, the price has reflect eveything....  

u wanna buy 2 or 3 bedroom ?
