I was going to go shopping for a canon 10-22 before the price increase... look for prices here, look for prices there...
walked into one store and the salesmen was pretty good and then BAM! I suddenly bought more stuff than I expected...
I got a tokina 12-24 F4 and a tamron 90mm 2.8 macro and salesmen gave me 55mm and 57mm Fujiyama filters.
Total damage, $6900.
I'm still happy but it was too impulsive. Did I overpay? Maybe a little.... But as much as I want a canon lens, my collection is full of non canon lens. I'm probably good for a few years. But my brother's birthday is coming this march and he's already pushing the limits of his G9 so I'm thinking of getting a 450D body and sharing the lens with him.
And I only thought girls are the only ones who buy things without thinking ahead. My girlfriend is going to kill me for spending so much cash...
