小弟3年前在 HKMA 辦的UTS , 完成BEngSc, 但因BEng辦不成, 所只想在一間較小的Agent所辦的USQ讀 BEng, 但現在全是distance learning,無堂上, OK嗎????

What is USQ? Is it "University of Southern Queensland"? If yes, you better check the recognization and rather it really registered in HK to offer that programme or not.
