Are you not renewing the contract with your maid?  Is she good or not? Filipino or Indonesian?

highly not recommend and you will definitely regret to hire a end-contract maid (regardless Indonesian or Filippino).  considering that you will have time from now to March, you have sufficient time to hire one directly from Philippines.
