如何証實「日本」對.....其他亞洲國家的外交是「友好」的?

they were regarded as 友好 before because they had money and power, also had strong support from USA, so anything they do, others had no choice but to accept they are "Friendly to outside". Now US is losing power, relationship between JAP and US is weaker, China is getting stronger, other countries should not listen to Japanese lies(Bs) anymore.
in this world, everyone wants everyone else to die. this is the reality. How can you believe Japan is 友好 , they are not 友好 and they never will 友好.
