I started to buy insurance from prudential a few mth ago.

The insurance i bought is titled as " 大運籌智選保障計劃，危疾保障計劃，健槳醫療計劃”　

Here are my questions:

Can I stop buying it temporarily?? My insurance agent told me I can stop for a maximum period of 24 months. anyone knows about it??

My insurance agent told me that 供到一段時間，可以從基金本身的ＶＡＬＵＥ供，唔使自己供，does anyone know how it works??

I am not satisfied with my current insurance agent, are there any ways that I can change my insurance agent??

1) yes, u can have the premium holiday, but not only for maximum 24mths, but once u wanna start to pay for the premium again, u needa pay back the total sum of the administraition fee if you wanna start paying the premium again.

2) sure you can, just as mentioned in 1), you can make the acct value to be the premium once you think the sum is sufficent to help you to pay for the premium afterwards

3) you can contact customer service dept and request for the change of agent or if you got any agent friend in Prudential, you can ask him/her to be your new agent

PS: May I know how poor the agent is? Why u wanna change the agent?

You can only start to run premium holiday since the 19th month after you bought.
