Ingredient
•        菠菜茸半碗
•        蛋黃1個
•        魚茸1湯匙
Method
1.        菠菜葉先用水煮熟,然後放入冷水浸泡一會,可消除澀味,然後用菜刀切碎或加入攪拌機打碎成茸。烚熟雞蛋,取,蛋黃壓碎留用。
2.        將兩湯匙米(約半杯米) 用熱水浸一小時或以上,再注入約七杯清水入煲內煲粥。
3.        當粥仔滾至出現一個個泡(即雞眼)時,加入菠菜茸、魚茸及蛋黃,再煲一會即成。

Bubur sayur po, daging ikan dan kuning telur (cocok untuk bayi usia 8-15 bulan)
Bahan
        1/2 mangkok sayur po choi 1 bh kuning telur
        1 sendok Daging ikan yg telah dihaluskan        

Caranya
1.        rebus sayur po sampai matang, kemudian direndam dgn air dingin, utk menghilangkan baunya, kemudian diiris halus atau diblender, rebus telur, ambil kuningnya dihaluskan
2.        2 sendok beras direndam dgn air panas selama 1 jam, kemudian masukkan 7 gelas air, direbus
3.        rebus sampai bubur mengental, masukkan sayur po, daging ikan dan kuning telur, direbus sebentar.

- Fish paste congee with spinach and egg yolk (suitable for 8-15 months baby)
Ingredient
•        1/2 bowl of spinach
•        1 egg yolk
•        1 tablespoon fish paste         

Method
1.        Blanch spinach in hot water. Submerge it in cold water for a while to eliminate the taste of vegetable. Chop into tiny pieces or grind in blender to a puree. Cook the egg. Retain egg yolk and mash. Leave for later use.
2.        Submerge 2 tablespoons of raw rice (about half cup) in hot water for more than an hour before making congee. Pour about 7 cups of water into the pot.
3.        Add spinach puree, fish paste and egg yolk when congee boils with bubbles. Cook for a while.
