I had an unhappy experience at
Crowne Plaza Metropolitan hotel in Tokyo last week. I called my travel agent and complained for the
bad service and attitude of the hotel manager once I was back from Japan. On the same day, the travel agent sent my opinion to the hotel in Japan and ended up sending me an apologise letter by the hotel manager in few days. I did not expect the travel agent doing this for me.. I am very satisfied with the service of my travel agent and I decided to let others know how much I appreciated for their service.
Btw, I did enjoy the trip to Japan.. and the most important thing is --
the cheapest price for ticket + hotel.. Wakaka!! I had been doing research for few travel agents before I went there and Jetime offered the cheapest price. I am not sure whether they offer the cheapest price for other destinations but I am sure they offer
good service..
