我想firm番實個身....同埋幫我睇下我既餐單,thx

我係男仔..15歲左右
胸大約34"
腰:28.5"
hip : 35"
高173,重128磅左右
我覺得我條腰28.5"唔算粗...但係我覺得我條腰有層脂肪...即係彎低腰果陣會有3,4摺 想減走佢
我pat pat 果d肉好鬆....應該都係肥肉,想減走埋佢
胸都係有層肥肉....不過唔嚴重
我既餐單:
早餐:"蜜"皮1碗(有時會加多盒奶)
午餐:7仔3文治/大快活學生餐(魚香茄子,麻婆豆腐飯果d)+凍綠茶
晚餐:大半碗飯+大半碗炒青菜+5,6片肉+1碗老火湯
番學期間,一星期打兩日羽毛球,每次2粒鐘...跑3日跑,每次45分鐘....即係總共5日
問題1: 如果我想減到120磅左右(淨減脂肪),會唔會好難?定係因為我發育時期,新陳代謝快..會易d?
問題2:我咁樣既餐單,1日大約吸收到幾多卡路里??
問題3:我係一個幾有完美主義既人...大約幾耐先可以firm番實我個body,8磅....1個半月得唔得呢???

我覺得自己唔夠fit...除哂衫坐低果陣,個肚摺左3,4摺....大脾又粗(係脂肪),19~20"....個pat d肉太鬆...所以想減走d肥肉佢

我見我學校個級草(f.3)換衫果陣...d線條好靚...雖然佢腰同我差唔多,但睇落好結實....個pat又好結實(我估33,34"),同埋佢對腳幼得黎,d 脂肪好少,基本上係得肌肉同骨,而佢既骨架同我差唔多大...又差唔多高(我高佢1,2cm)...但係佢就53kg,我58.x kg
我同佢一齊換衫果陣有自卑感

running or swimming can help you to "firm" your body.

But I suggest you do some weight training too.
