加上佢在屋內煮飯而你是上門找理論, 佢的動機同行為不足以支持.

whether the knife amounts to "offensive weapon" depends on the intention.  With only 1 line of words without appreciate the evidence of the whole case, I don't think any lawyer can possibly tell whether the knife can be regarded as "offensive weapon".

他犯上持有攻擊性武器罪既機會好細.
攻擊性武器罪入罪條件通常符合兩個.
1. 要係傷到人既工具
2. 沒有合理解釋點解會持有.

但今次我見唔到如何入罪, 一百個民居有九十九個一定搵到刀, 所以他在屋企內持刀絕對係合理。

他有冇犯其他罪就.例如, 有冇傷人意圖...等等就唔討論

Again, this is quite wrong.  The real test is, the intention of using a particular object.  If the intention is to use it to cause injury to others, anything can be offensive weapon.
