其實作為散戶，要睇年報邊d 地方?? 要留意年報那些地方??

你好呀，其實我都係剛開始睇年報，都唔係好識架炸，不過可分享下心得呀，我主要睇公司營業額有無增長、毛利又如何、股東應佔溢利又有幾多，可知道公司賺錢能力，呢d可在損益表內睇到。而支產負債表更重要，可睇到分司資產有幾多，負債幾多、公司總資產和總負債有幾多。睇完晒d數，我會抽出來做個分析，例如營業額增長率、純利增長率、經營溢利增長率、
股東應佔溢利增長率、純利邊際利潤(盈利率)、經營邊際利潤率
、經營邊際利潤率、稅前邊際利潤率、派息率、派息比率、市盈率(PE)、股本回報率(ROE)、資產回報率(ROA)、每股資產淨值(NVA賬面值)等等數據，再跟據公司新聞消息等等分析間公司值唔值得去投資囉！但要睇4-5年數據，呢d就係我自己睇年報會做架啦，唔知重有無其他師兄有意見或分享下

* is the no. of share keep stable ...if not ..any good reason to support ?

* any share option to managment which is at unreasonable price ...e.g. < book value

* is the share option too much which will dilute the future interest of existing shareholder

* if the co. keep too much inventory / cash on hand instead of pay div. ?

* if the co. focus on core business ...or invest $ in stock or ....

* cost sturture of each business sector

* director payroll / bonus make sense or not ...vs the profit level / competitor

* accounting policy chanage

* profit breakdown into operating or non-operation one

* fix asset to equity ratio ....says many industrial stock may have ratio closed to 1 .... which means that if the co. wind up ...shareholder cannot get back much

* debt to equity make sense in relation to the business  you study ?

* be careful when u noted that the M.I. pay a important % in P&L or B/s ...pay extra attention to study  !!

Reminder: if u find it diffcult to find out the source of profit amongst those business sector of this co. ...be careful !
