Job Responsibilities:
* Understand the existing business models and the flows of data in the business
* Working with internal clients to collect, define, justify and priorities requirements of system initiatives
* Prepare detailed system design document for the development team
* Work closely with project manager and the development team to ensure that system design is implemented as per user requirements
* Prepare user manual and conduct user training
* Assist the development of system test plans and execution of testing
* Assist project manager in monitoring and acting on post-implementation issues and change requests
