getting higher salary depends on personal qualities rather than academic level

recently, i have seen so many post showing dissatisfaction about having higher academic qualification but claimed to be underpaid in income.


actually, career success or financial condition depends on personal qualities instead, e.g.,

1 personal talent : are u smart?
2 personality merit : such as positive and optimistic thinking
3 interpersonal skill and network
4 professional and PRACTICAL skills rather than just paper qualification
5 actual performance, etc.

young guys, expressing discontent is futile, think and act positively.

life is short, be happy.
