Salary in Canada

Just read lot of posting regarding salary and career, would like to obtain more suggestion whether I should come back in HK or stay in Canada.

Here below is my salary info:
Qualification: U grad - Accounting, designated Accountant
Age 23-28 Accoutant CAD $24K-$38K /Annual or HKD $12K-$19K per month
Age 29-32 Senior Accountant CAD $48K-$70K /Annual or HKD $24K-$35K per month
Plus benefit: Company paid medical and Dental Insurance
Tax rate: 38%

Always struggle that I should stay in Canada or there should be better opportunity in Hong Kong, any advise?
