不過講 'i am confident in speaking with foreigners' 會好d.

Speak = 講說話(給對方聽)  
I'm confident in speaking to foreigners
我有信心和外國人講說話o

Talk = 交談 (互有對話)
I'm confident in talking with foreigners
我有信心和外國人交談o

there are mistakes. As i remember, it should be
"I'm confident of/about speaking to foreigners "
or "I have confidence in speaking to foreigners"
