城大宿舍多唔多位﹖同埋幾多錢一個sem/yr﹖
我住南區，返學好似返半次深圳咁遠!我多唔多機會apply到﹖

咁咩係hall b4﹖佢係唔係特別平or特別靚﹖同埋hall的環境設施好嗎﹖

i think it should be normal price when considerating the location and facilities
coz in HKU or CU, one floor may hv to share 1 large toilet
but in CityU's hall , 2 rooms share 1 toilet..
hall1-3 is phase1 and may be a bit older when comparing wif hall 4-7
hall 9 is the newest! hall 8 is for post-grad student!
the facilities r ok!
but there is only 1 fridge in the common room of phase 1's halls ..
for phase 2..there r 2 fridges!

3-ppl room...around $6480/SEM
single room...Around $7240/SEM
only hall 7 has 3 -ppl room and it has its own sink and the place for u to cook and 1 bathroom!

and also fridge and mircowave oven  inside the room but on that floor there is no common room!

the facilities of 3-ppl room is better!
microwave oven ,fridge,sink, separate toilet inside the room
and single dun hv those things but it's bigger!
